canyon postcard

i like to make paintings on postcards. you can buy blank postcards made of watercolor paper. you paint one side and the other is like a regular postcard,with a place for address, stamp, and message. i send them to people a lot. i always wonder what the postmen(women) think of it. πŸ™‚

  1. thanks! i’m really glad i discovered the idea. i realize now that it’s much cheaper and better for the environment to cut paper i already have the size of a postcard and draw all the stuff on the back (like the lines for the address, etc). πŸ™‚

    1. That’s a cool idea, too. I still like getting snail mail! Hey, would you be interested in doing a postcard trade? I have a huge collection of art I’ve traded for with online friends. They’re some of most treasured possessions I have. Does that sound interesting?
